What is the WordPress Theme
Installation Service?

The WordPress Theme Installation service is perfect if you purchased a theme from us and are a beginner in WordPress. Rough Pixels can help set up your new website. Do more of what is important to you and leave the rest to us.

Our theme Setup service involves installing your purchased theme, but it can also include the installation of WordPress. We normally recommend avoiding using your web host provider’s auto-installing of WordPress.

What is Included

The WordPress setup service involves installing your Rough Pixels theme (1 theme). Optional services can also include the installation or reinstallation of WordPress. Plus, any essential or relevant plugins, and demo content. We can even create a basic contact form.

WordPress Installation

If necessary, we can include a fresh install of WordPress. We recommend this to ensure it gets installed correctly and securely.

Theme Installation

We will install and activate the theme of your choice. Additionally, applying your license key to ensure you receive updates and support.

Install Demo Content

If your website is new, we can import the demo content for the theme that you choose. This is optional, of course.

Install Plugins

Rough Pixels will install relevant plugins as-needed. Moreover, we will configure each plugin to save you time.

WordPress & Theme Settings

Your theme will be installed and to make sure it has the correct license key. Above all, this will give you theme updates and support.

The Theme Setup Service is designed to save you valuable time. We can do this within 2 working days to get you ready to build your website.

What is Not Included

Please Note: This service does not include adding real content outside of the demo content. Theme customization is also not included. As for plugins, I can only install essential plugins that are relevant to your Rough Pixels theme. However, we may recommend additional plugins that we feel would benefit your website.

How This Works

Firstly, the first step is to purchase the theme that you want. Secondly, is to purchase the WordPress Installation Service, and thirdly, once we have all the necessary details and received your approved purchases, we can begin the process!

Purchase Your Theme

The first step is to buy a theme; either a Personal or Lifetime membership. After which, go to Step-2 and we can begin the process.

Purchase the Install Service

Once your service purchase has been approved, use our contact us form to provide all the required information for us to begin the setup process. At which point, double-check provided logins and passwords to ensure they are correct.

All Done!

Within 2 business days of receiving your proper information, we can then complete the Theme Setup service. Once done, we will send you an email that you are all set!

Theme Install Questions

The Full Package includes a fresh install of WordPress (to ensure it’s done correctly and securely), your theme, any plugins if needed, configuration of WP and your theme, demo content (new sites only and if requested). The Theme Only option is to install your theme and to configure it. Demo content is optional here too.

The actual delivery time depends on how fast we can get access credentials from you. We also take into account conditions that fall outside of our control, such as hosting or ftp issues. But as a general rule, we try to keep it to two working days.

A refund is only offered if we cannot finish within 2 business days once we have received all necessary login info and confirmed we can log in. If we delivered the service within 2 business days, then refunds are not possible. However, themes, still hold a 14-day refund guarantee if you are not happy with the theme itself.

Since we are unable to take responsibility for someone else’s work, the WordPress Theme Install service is only for our WordPress Themes. This provides a better and more secure service to you.

Make sure that you have your domain and web host service set up. In addition to this, you will need to purchase a theme from us.

If our theme requires a plugin to provide additional functions and features, we will install it. However, there may be times when we might recommend plugins if we feel you might benefit, but we will leave the decision to you.

If you feel you would like to start your new website looking like the theme demo, we can install it for you. We usually recommend not doing this as it does create additional work for you to remove demo content–including images from the media library.
