Change Button Color - Rough Pixels

Is there any way I can change the button colors? I’ve gone through all the color options but don’t see that as an option.

Hi Cade, are you using the classic WordPress editor or the Block editor?

I’m using the Block editor. I found the button color settings, but I couldn’t change the header button color. I ultimately found the CSS class in the theme editor and changed the hex code there. Is there an easier way? Is using the classic WordPress editor better?

When you say header button colour, is this for the banner with the call to action items like the live demo site shows?

I just loaded up the Classified theme on my local test site and have the front page image with the text and button…it appears I didn’t put a setting for this button colour. I just made a note to add this in a theme update tomorrow as the first thing I do.

…the current colour CSS is in the theme’s stylesheet around line 977, which is this:

That is correct, and no worries. I’ve already found a way to change it myself, but that would be awesome if you update it! Thanks!

Thanks for the confirmation…I will add that missing colour setting and upload it tomorrow. Hopefully, you activated your license key with the theme and your website so that you will get instant notification of an update is ready.

Quick Note: I just uploaded the update for Clarified version 1.1.5 which adds colour settings for the Hero Call-to-Action button. You should be getting an update notice where you can do the 1-click updating of the theme. The new colour settings will be found in the Customizer > Colours > Forms

Hopefully, this works for you (and of course everyone else using the theme)
